"Horrible experience. I have a pair of bibs that I went to wear for the first time and the clip cracked and fell and broke. Tried to just get a replacement clip and they would not give me one. You would think it would be a simple task and they would stand behind the quality of their products."

My order got screwed up multiple times, I was overcharged a random $50+ amount and none of the customer service reps could figure out why. If I didn’t have to buy my uniforms from here, I wouldn’t! "Workwear Outfitters is a subsidiary of VFC (Vanity Fair Corporation), which includes The North Face, Dickies, Eastpak, Vans, Supreme, Timberland, etc. My federal government agency (and most of DHS) contracts with them to provide uniform services. Their service is terrible, and they should be fined right out of business for contract fraud. Orders placed online through the agency website take months. When an item finally arrives, it is usually wrong. Items are missing logos, printing, patches, or just plain wrong. And when I return an item, it takes months more to receive a correction. Prices are significantly inflated over MSRP. I try not to use my annual $800 allotment because I believe it is ethically wrong. If they did business in this manner with their retail customers, they would fail immediately. This company is basically stealing from the taxpayers."

"Do not buy Liberty Bibs. Purchased Liberty Bibs from Tractor Supply and after the 3rd wash all the stitching started to fail. TSC won't take them back and Liberty won't either "because they're washed". Very dissatisfied, an obvious issue with the thread used being no good."

"Placed an order on 1 September and the only thing in stock, two shirts came with NO badging or embroidery as ordered. Placed another order on 15 September and still have not received anything other than a belt after a month and a half."
