"I know it’s busy place, but mess up order 2 times and waste total of 40 minutes for 3 cups of cappuccino it’s too much"

"I walk up and order a "Double tall mocha with only half of a pump of chocolate", and the cashier asks, "do you want a Frap?". I say no. She then asks, "You wanted a peppermint what...?". I asked if she is ready for my order? I repeat my order and say 'hot' to make sure she understands. She fills out my cup and hands it to the barista, who asks her, "they only want one a half pumps of chocolate? ". I tell her no, only a half of a pump. And they make my coffee, the other employee is standing there telling a story with about every swear word you can imagine... very uncomfortable. When they give me my mocha, I ask if it's a double. The employee asks me, "What does that mean?" SERIOUSLY!!! They don't know what they are making!?!? Starbucks quality is definitely going down. There are too many other options for me to deal with incompetence at Starbucks. So disappointing."

"Irish Cream Cold Brew and Peppermint Mocha during the holiday season is so good! Coffee is consistently good here and better than the other Starbucks nearby on the other side of the mall outside. Staff is friendly and chill. Short wait time and cool vibe inside Target. Also, behind the staff, on the other side of their wall, there's seating that's made of a really long bench with tables. Looked pretty clean."

"I usually order Strawberry Acai with NO ICE. When they give me my drink it wasn’t filled up all the way. idk if it’s really like that but this js the first time I experience this that i got a drink that wasnt filled all the way up"
