"I was told I didn't yet cream cheese because I didn't order it on the app. Where can you order cream cheese on the app? The Bagel specifically says it comes with cream cheese or butter. I come here pretty much everyday and I feel offended that this lady asked me to stand in line to purchase creamcheese."
"I think before you put an employee to deal with people, you should provide them with the right training. Teach them how the system works. Teach them the name of every order and product you have. Either the employees are too lazy to listen to you or or do you know the orders on the system? You’re charging so much money for the coffee people need to have their orders, right?"
