"I’m the regular customer I always order from the same store, and the same delivery guy brings the order but he doesn’t bring it upstairs to my my door every time he make excuses that there’s no parking I got a ticket last time, but who will give you a ticket at 8PM and I don’t give him the tip until he gets my pizza to the 4th floor."
"I ordered from here and its been way over an hour and still no food. I called the restaurant and spoke to Jose Hernandez who was very rude and didn't want to help me. I asked to have my delivery fee refunded since it's been a crazy amount of time and he refused. He says he is the manager. If this is how the manager is treating costumers who have a problem that there is an issue. Who ever owns this papa John's needs to make sure their management is treating their customers right. They reflect on the owner. Does the owner care? The Manager Jose made it sound like they don't."
