"the first time we went here, we were treated like kings. the whole menu was explained to us, we were introduced to their signature hot oil and (what seemed to be) the manager kept checking in on us. but last week, on my partner’s birthday, we excitedly went in for a huge pizza and a couple of drinks each. as we were winding down, they rudely ripped plates out from under us as well as taking away the utensil holder. and when my partner went to pay, the cashier said, “wow you were here for a long time.” excuse me, but we spent nearly a hundred dollars over about an hour there only to be treated like an inconvenience just taking up space for the next party. we were beyond disappointed. we expected more."
"Dropped the pizza on ground, packed the same slices in box. No mention of dropping pizza or any apology,, GROSS! Dessert given to go but didnt order to go just assumed… was okay could taste frost bite. Dont go here no concept of hygiene"
"Love this this cute little Italian restaurant with an authentic feel. Cozy dining room and good service. Not a lot of space for a large party but good for a date night"
"Was visiting from out of town and a friend raved about this place so we looked over the menu and finally placed an order through their website to go walk and pick up. Got there and the place was dark, locked, and two others standing outside, yet there were two workers visibly working in the kitchen. Another party, like us, had gone there to pick up their takeout. The other party was standing outside trying to get in to have dinner. No signs on the door or website about being closed on Dec 27 and again, their website was accepting orders and taking money them. Finally, one of the workers came to the door and tried to talk to us through it- would not open. Showed us a number on his phone and said to call it. I did, as did the other takeout lady, and it went straight to voicemail. About half an hour the money was returned to my account- but no call back from the number with an apology, no apology from the worker inside, and wasted time on dinner plans. This was a $126 order. Not acceptable."
"The service and the tortelli were excellent, and the seared scallop special was phenomenal—a bit spendy, but worth it. The desserts, on the other hand, we're good but overpriced for what they were. Quarters are a bit on the tight side, but not uncomfortably so. All in all, a great spot for a special occasion if you're neither rich nor broke: figure $40–60 per person, maybe less if you're sticking to pizza."
