"Order food around 8 pm through mobile app, get there around 8:30 when the lobby closes, instructed to go to drive through. I go to drive through, I’m asked for receipt of order, told employee I did mobile order, then told that because I don’t have receipt I don’t get my food ?? I then pull up to the window & show my mobile order receipt & still denied my food because “i ordered after lobby hours” when the drive through closes at 9:30. I completely understand not wanting to do more tasks at closing but I ordered before closing, extremely disappointed in this service. Still told I can order at the drive through how considerate. You’re lucky I’m understanding"

"The slowest McDs I’ve ever been to. Visited around 4pm to get dinner for my kids on my way home. There was no line. My order was on the larger side - 40 nuggets, two fries, three burgers, so I get having to wait and they asked me to pull into the pickup area. No problem, that’s a lot of nuggets! Then two more cars pulled through and I sat there for ten minutes, watching them send cars in a circle through the drive through over and over again. There was a really distinct pick up truck going around and around so it was definitely the same couple cars. I waited almost fifteen minutes for my food to come out to me. The fries were awful, tasted old. The nuggets also didn’t taste fresh, they weren’t crispy like they’d just come out of the fryer. Wish the one off Nave was closer, that one’s great."

"Service mediocre. The food I got was not fresh. Tasted an felt stale. It was clean. The reason for the 3 stars. Lots of parking wheel chair accessible."
