"We ordered Mangodragonfruit and Caramel frappe, two thumbs down for the taste. The taste is below average of Starbucks standards. We usually come here to order but for this day it was horrible. We were so disappointed."

"Typically, I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but believe hopefully by doing so it can either bring awareness to the customers who may want to attend this particular establishment, or change to the employees and the way they may be approaching customers or the daily responsibilities on the job may need to be adjusted. In this particular instance, it’s the employees customer service. I recently, had 2 separate instances within the same week, where my order was made wrong after I had clearly stated it twice. In one instance after I had notified the cashier, they made a remark basically stating “ oh next time, make sure it matches the screen on the order”, in my experience this was not a show of good customer service. I regularly visit this location. In my opinion the only thing that should have been said is, ill be sure to correct that for you. It is not my responsibility to do that as a customer. In another instance that same week, same situation, but this time instead of correcting my order and remaking it, they opted to refund me. Although this may be policy, however, most of the time the order would have been just remade no problems. Here is my feedback. If possible, I believe more employees should start repeating orders back to the customer to prevent this issue. Also, for customer service, keep it simple and direct to the point. Remake the order with no remark, or refund in a respectable way, especially if it’s brought to your attention in a respectful way."
