"Cooper Plumbing riding to the rescue! Starting with talking with the nicest young woman, Megan. She got me an appt quickly for my clogged washing machine drain. The plumbers arrived (my only minimal critique) apologetically about 45 min late but quickly got to work and got my drain cleared. Thank you Cooper plumbing! I will put them at the top of the list when I need a plumber again!"

"My thermostat was failing, causing the oil furnace to trip on and off repeatedly. I called requesting a technician come out to just look at it, or replace the thermostat. I was told that I would have to wait a week at the earliest to schedule someone to come out as there was only one technician working. I stated that due to the fact there is fuel involved, and it is approaching winter, I think that someone should come sooner than a week. I was suggested to call around town for other services that might be able to come out sooner. Sorry...bad service...bad review. Hire more people, or have them on stand-by. And one week?! Why? So. I went to the hardware store, bought a 30 dollar thermostat and installed it myself. I guess when you want something done correctly, and promptly in Fort Bragg, do it yourself."
