"UPDATE: My family has been back to Sweet Straw many times (my daughter loves bubble tea) and the issues we had last year have disappeared. Now, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is at an appropriate volume for a drink stop. Thanks Sweet Straw! The tea was good and there were many delicious options, but the environment was deafeningly loud. I’m down for loud music at concerts and bars, but this was just obnoxious. I politely asked the lady behind the counter to turn the music down because I couldn’t hear her. The volume went down a smidge but I still had to yell my order and read her lips to communicate with her. Then I waited outside until my drink was prepared. Another family also complained while I was there."

"Sweet Straw in Napa is a must-visit for boba lovers seeking authentic Taiwanese drinks. Their Thai iced tea, Okinawa brown sugar milk tea, taro, and sesame milk tea are my absolute favorites. The service here is exceptional—kudos to the wonderful staff! If you're craving a boba fix, this spot is where you need to be. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing tea selection— a wide variety of flavors, milks, milk alternatives and levels of sweetness! You can order straight off the menu or customize your tea. I’m a huge fan of Thai iced tea, but I swapped out the dairy for oat milk and toned down the sweetness and it was perfect! A fun atmosphere and everyone was super friendly! Highly recommend! Drank my tea so fast I forgot to take a pic!"

"Well upon coming in did not get greeted I did get stared at by many employees. I stood at the front window trying to order for at least 1 8mins tried getting someone's attention was completely ignored. Went to ask another customer how do you order since no employees were helping me . Finally was able to order i went to my payment.went thru and lady just walked off before i was even done. I went to push print receipt And a different lady walks up pushes a button says have a good day . Didnt even.look up at me. Than when i asked her i was trying to have my receipt printed and u just went along and canceled it. She had an attitude so at this point i just told her nevermind i just want my drink so i can leave! I went and waited outside. It's all about first impressions ND customer service. And it was a huge L For SWEet straws. And they didn't even get my drink correct but I was so done with this experience I didn't even tell them"
