"Was leaving on a 5 hour drive in our Toyota Highlander. Vehicle didn’t start and engine lights came on. “See Dealer”, etc. Jump started and called dealer. “We will try to work it in to read the code”. Like it takes a lot of effort/time to read a code. Called Big O and they told us to bring it in and they will read the.code. They did immediately and searched for the part (a critical sensor). The part was located and the vehicle was repaired in time for the trip to continue. This isn’t the first time we have been impressed with Big O. Why would we go anywhere else?"
