"Bistro Jeanty has become a go-to spot in Yountville, offering a consistently delightful experience every time. Whether it's a cozy lunch or dinner, the warm ambiance and classic French charm create the perfect atmosphere. The menu is a delightful dance between French comfort food staples and innovative seasonal dishes. Every bite I've savored has been cooked to perfection, with the crispy pig's feet a personal must-try!"
"We had such a fun experience here! Absolutely high end food, but none of the stuffy attitude. The servers were friendly attentive and made our experience so fun and engaging! We tried the truffle deviled eggs, the liver pate, the fried goat cheese salad, the tenderloin, and steak tartare. We ended the evening with the peach cocktail and the lemon meringue tart. The liver pate, the salad and the peach cocktail were my favorites and I would absolutely stop here again!"
"Delicious food and wonderful friendly wait staff. Very busy especially on the Saturday night before Valentine's day. Noise level was very high so it was hard to carry on a conversation without raising your voice a notch."
"A great french restaurant. The french onion soup fell short a bit as I expected the caramelized onion to be sweeter. Still it is cheesy and comforting. Other dishes though taste amazing. My friend love the pan fried flounder and the mashed potato, so smooth. The king of the meal though is the causoulet. It is jam packed with crispy pork belly, duck confit, sausage and well flavor beans. The crust on top of the dish gives another layer of fun texture. The queen of the meal is the rum raisin bread pudding. I didn't feel rum too much but the dessert stood out with various texture from top to the bottom. The only caution is that French food, if not order carefully, the flavor can be one dimensional so you might want to add salad or some sour dish to balance the heavy dishes out. In any event, I would love to come back to eat the same and other dishes!"
"Well executed classic, perhaps stereotypical, French dishes in a shabby chic vintage French country atmosphere. I had a pork chop special which was expertly cooked, the included vegetables were well prepared and matched the dish. I had the chocolate creme brûlée which is custard with a layer of mousse, delicious but a little heavier than the traditional. Overall a charming place with delicious food serving up a menu not typical to find in the states."
