"On 8/12/2023 I took my grand daughter to get her hair trimmed. We told the receptionist we were walk ins. She said no problem it would not be very long . The hair stylist was working on a man and one lady in front of us. Well 45 minutes later a lady came in and said she had an appointment. Then the hair stylist came over and got her. Said nothing to us. About an hour later 3 people came never said the had an appointment. One of the ladies new the stylist. The stylist said what are you having done today she said a cut. Well after 2 hours plus the recptionist came over to us and said the people that came in has an appointment. Can you reschedule on Wednesday. If they couldn't take us that day all the had to do is told me when we first came in and I just would have gone else where. By the time we left Gingko it was after 1 pm. Most all hair salons are closed at 1pm. They were the slowest people I have ever seen. Being there over 2 hours with no service is unacceptable. They did not care that they waisted my time. They are horrible. My grand daughter just wanted a trim and was very upset. We drove around Hernando looking for a salon that was open or had an opening. Finally found a nice person that cared and gave a grand daughter a trim."

"This place is fantastic. As a guy, walking in I can definitely tell I’m at a salon and not a barbershop. The ladies in here are super nice, very helpful, and great at their jobs. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a great place to get any gender or style of haircut."

"I absolutely LOVE this salon! Everyone is nice and works very fast. I've been seeing Lauren Little for a few years now and she's one of the only people I will let touch my hair! I get endless compliments whenever I have something done, and I always recommend for them to go see her. From what I can tell, everyone at the salon does an amazing job. The environment is welcoming and fun at the same time. Definitely my go-to hair salon!"
