"Some people (like me) don’t have a car to drive places so I walk. This started months ago but I remember going to this Starbucks at 6:28 and they already had the Starbucks light off. Sometimes they don’t say anything but why are they closing so early?"

"The two bigger ladies that work there in the mornings have a horrible attitude. My mom overheard them speaking Spanish to each other so she spoke to them in Spanish because she doesn't really know English and the lady at the register suddenly didn't know Spanish. We asked for a pup cup another time and they said sorry we don't have whip cream for pup cups, and then topped off the other customers drinks with whip cream."

"Im sorry, but if you cant multi task when youre the only person working. You shouldnt be working here. I waited in line for 15 mins on a very slow day, one person in line in front of me and one person waiting for their drink. You should not be taking an order then taking a long time on the single person. Take the orders as youre waiting for food to heat up and such. Dont work at starbucks if you cant multi task. Ive worked the service industry and I know it can be done. This is just poor customer service and lack of skills on this persons part."

"The Starbucks baristas are very friendly and hardworking despite appearing to be short handed. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but they do try to get people's orders out in a timely manner. (Although it seems that most people are already aware of the wait time and are okay with waiting a few minutes) Thank you for your hard work baristas!"

"Asked for a hot Carmel maceotto it she made me a ice drink so it was cold and not hot and I the other person showed up late and on top of everything else I ordered a tall latte w/extra shot and foam when I got on my car I went to shop my latte and it was sweet. I'm not a happy camper right now cause I'm a diabetic and have to have insulin because my sugar is is high enough I think this person needs to pay attention more on orders and not put any powder on unless asked to. We waited a out 15-20 minutes before we got all 3 drinks. Bad service had a little attitude not just happy I guess."
