"Great store, very helpful staff, I found exactly what I was after! Thank you!"
"It turns out that this fabulous shoe store has been right under my nose all this time. I am so happy with my new Eccos - Patty gave me excellent advice and even found my “perfect” shoes in a stylish color, in stock and in my size. They showcase a carefully curated, high quality selection of shoes from not the usual dull manufacturers. My feet are happy!"
"Quality shoes and a very friendly knowledgeable owner. It wad a great experience to shop."
"Brian was super helpful during my visit and didn't pressure me to buy. I was looking for new shoes to work in as a Waitress. He is very knowledgeable about his stock and gives a discount to local workers, I'd highly recommend seeing if they have the right shoes for you for the great service and to help support local business. High quality sites, so they aren't cheap, but you can't go cheap on your feet!"
"Today, 12/17/13, I went into Lithia Park Shoes looking for a particular shoes for Christmas. As I entered, the lady behind the counter was on the phone talking loudly and laughing and talking about her son visiting...which is ok at this point. However, she failed to greet me, say hello, may I help you. Keep in mind, I'm the only one in the store!! I looked at her a couple of times hoping she'll get off the phone to assist me. The pair of shoes I was looking for was expensive and I was ready to buy them. She did however make contact with me a couple of times with her eyes but that was it! I could tell she was talking to either the owner or someone above her because she stated that she'll get her time card together and send it to that person vie email. Their conversation was not important at all and if the store wanted business then......get off the phone! Oh, I tried for over 1 1/2 hours to reach someone at the store....now I know why....she was on the phone!!! I would think, at some point, that she'd get off the phone to help a customer waiting to talk with her! But no! This didn't happen! I kept looking for the shoes, which by the way they don't seem to be organized; everything seemed mix-matched and cluttered. The store is really small mind you and I finally got tired of her non-customer support and non-caring attitude towards me. Obviously they didn't care to make a sell. Not till I had opened the door to leave did she say to the person on the phone - "Hold on a second" then asked me if I needed anything? Really?! That's when you're going to talk with me?! I told her; No, you seem to be too busy on the phone to help. I will never, ever shop at that place again. They will never get a recommendation from me to buy shoes there. So much for wanting to support local business - they don't want it in my opinion."
