"I don't think this Starbucks cares that their spikey plants are scratching all the cars that go through the drive thru. I've complained to the store manager and to corporate headquarters. Too bad nothing has been done !"
"Nice staff but painfully inefficient. I hate to write this, because the staff is so friendly and works hard. The store manager needs to devote more staff to the coffee bar and give in store purchases the same priority as the drive thru. One Bautista was handling all coffee orders. I don’t fault her. But, It should not take eight plus minutes to make a simple iced coffee. I had to abandon my coffee order because of the time it took today. This makes the third time I’ve had to abandon a coffee order from this store in a year. This store needs to take a field trip to Peets to see how a coffee bar properly operates."
"Girl behind the counter too busy to even acknowledge me as I picked up a to go order, as I stood there and waited to ask for an additional lid. After she finished with the customer at the counter she just started walking away, like I was invisible. Couldn't believe that with 5 staff members, not one person acknowledged me."
"Got a great Latte and Coffee here. My friend had Egg Bites she loved. It's a convenient drive-thru located on Gravenstein Hwy as you are entering or exiting Sebastopol. (It's where the old McDonalds used to be). Nice drive thru attendants and jiffy service."
