"Service is slow. I've done both dine in and drive thru thinking it was just a one day thing but it wasn't. Drive thru is difficult to manuever and when you get to the window there is a huge pot hole and then when you are leaving and get out of the pot hole there is some weird "speed bump". It's truly worth going to the one on Antelope Blvd for sure."

"The employees at this establishment have always been so courteous and prompt. My drinks and food are always the best from this specific Starbucks, thank guys! I'm a big fan."

"Sept 28 2023, I had my favorite drink in Starbucks, unfortunately it's old school like real OG, so I can't promote it since it isn't available, but the meal I had for breakfast has been consistent every time. Here it is"

"This is the worst starbucks we have ever been to. The customer service here is horrible and so is the management. We went through drive thru and we mobile ordered. The drink was wrong. My wife seen the new slime cup and asked how much it was and the lady said "I don't know" and then my wife said "can you check?" And the lady again replied "I don't know" and there was no one in line in front or behind us. So I called and the manager would only apologize and not help in any way."

"Very friendly service, comfortable seating area and enough electrical outlets to work and enjoy a treat. They were out of an ingredient for the drink I wanted to order, but the barista offered her to make it with a substitute ingredient. My drink turned out great, and I really appreciated her offering to make it that way so I could still get it."
