"My 74 yr old mother just walked in to order food 12/18 @ 6:31pm. Sat in the parking to eat her food then went to the door to use the restroom & front door was locked. They are open to 11pm, a crew member told her that they had a birthday party going on which she could see. The lady told her she could not unlock the door for her to use the restroom! There is no signage stating they are closed due to the birthday party either! This is not okay, and needs to be addressed with staff that is working right now!"
