"Wonderful service and great food at this Salvadorian/ Mexican restaurant. Patio seating is available and the space is homely and inviting. Jeff, who helped us, was kind and patient. We ordered a selection of pupusas, tacos and a burrito - all were good. The pupusas were freshly made and came hot off the griddle, filled with cheese, spinach, zucchini, pork etc. The habanero sauce is a must try. Serving sizes are generous and the pricing reasonable for the location. Highly recommended."

"It's so fun to try a new cuisine! Sol i Mar offers Salvadorean, as well as Mexican, appetizers, entrees, seafood, dessert, beer, wine, and beverages. We enjoyed the Pastelitos, Camarones a la Diabla (spicy, as promised!), Plantanos, a Modelo beer, and a Maracuya Agua Fresca. The restaurant is clean, nicely decorated and has a wide selection of dining areas: garden, covered patio, and indoor. The service was friendly, accommodating, and timely. After dinner, we strolled across the street to Lucerne's Alpine Park and watched the sun set over Clear Lake."
