Walmart Supercenter 3615 Crater Lake Highway, Medford, OR 97504

"Sadly I have never had such a disappointing experience. There were no checkers, I had huge items was right next to a self check out person who offered no assistance until I almost dropped something. I was in the pharmacy and pointed to 'next window and "she" not 'you will need to go to the line at the drop off window'. Then there was a line i did not see because it wasn't marked and i cut the line because the 'start line here sign was buried 10' behind in the aisle. Assuming people should know something is lazy and unhelpful. I am not from here - I am from a tiny Walmart in a tiny town but Wow. Staff clearly unhappy at work and clearly don't care about return business. I have shopped at the other Medford location and felt nothing like this…"

"I've been using Walmart delivery for groceries for about a year and until the last few weeks, the service was very good. What happened????? The last 4 orders in a row have been absolutely atrocious. I am a good tipper and I'm not even picky. But I am one grocery delivery away from canceling the service."

"They seem to have a lot of items not priced correctly. The item is more than the displayed price. When you ask if they would correct the discrepancy so you won't have problems at the register. They change the price to the higher price and then tell you, you should have taken a picture and took it up to the register, but it's to late now. Her exact words."

"Very overworked limited employees. I had to get Bobby pins and they were locked up! It was $ 1.40. Who does that? The poor lady had 4 of us asking her to unlock trivial things. Then when I left the store the worker at the front asked me if I had made a purchase because my purchase at beauty was in my bag. She treated me like I was a thief. Incredibly rude and horrible experience. If walmart managers are reading this please train your front workers to have some common courtesy. I am a paying customer!!"
