"If I could give them -5 Stars I would. Put a claim in for the roof because of all the storms we have been getting. The adjustors said there was wet rot so it probably wouldn't be completely covered, only certain portions. The insurance check comes in and it covered a whole whopping $300.00 for a $15,000 repair job. We ended up sending their useless check back and paid out of pocket. Worst insurance company ever!"

"I want to thank United Home for there prompt and professional of my claim. I have only been with them a few months before my claim. That never was an issue, they came in checked my claim wrote a check and got the contractor (who was very good too) and it got fixed. SO THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH."

"So we call because we had floor joist damage from a leak. They say we need a new roof due to storm damage. My contractor shows my husband and takes pictures of two pieces of wood, behind the fireplace with major damage which has caused the floor damage as well as a leak under my tub. But after coming back out here 3 separate times, they now won't pay for the additional damage, claiming it was caused by ground water. I have lost faith in humanity to do the right thing. Now I am stuck with a contractor halfway through the repairs so I have to clean out what's left of my 401k to pay for the remaining repairs. This company has no ethics or morals. I hope you all are proud of yourselves."

"United Insurance company is GREAT, my house had serious water damage on the inside. So the claim was filed, the Ajuster came, and not long after I received two checks!!! Now all my repairs are fixed!!! The front office Lady was kind, Alex and Phillip were very professional and compassionate about my problems. GOD BLESS everyone at United Insurance company!!! "They're a great company with friendly & professional staff. I filed a claim with them on a Monday, the adjuster arrived the next day, & I had my check for repairs by Friday. They were very quick as far as I'm concerned. People complaining in the previous posts probably just didn't fully read their insurance policy from start to finish. You get what you pay for. When you buy the cheap policy, not much will be covered."
