"Not happy at all so far. The person I spoke to didn't seem to care whether I was a customer or not, then changed me twice on my cc to start the policy. I called when I noticed 2 identical charges on my card. The second person did not seem concerned at all that my account is now overdrawn. I was told it will credit back. A reversed cc transaction is immediate. This did not happen. I will update this review at a later time"

"Cheapest place in town, and surrounding counties that I've found. Very professional and sweet staff. They give honest & great advice on getting you the best & cheapest insurances. I talked to the lady earlier she told me to get renter's ins. & that it would lower my car ins by a certain percentage. I didnt have time to look into it today, but definitely will soon. $10,000 rent ins. is the minimum, but it's like $8 to $10 monthly. They combine it with the car ins. Itll be 1 bill a month, & car ins will lower."

After multiple attempts, I called the Ky Farm Bureau directly in an attempt to resolve my issue with the “outside 3rd party audit”. This has been on going for over two months with no resolution. I cannot recommend working with this agency."
