"My daughter ordered a pizza online, went to get it, got home only to find that the crust was raw. She had to take it back and get a new one."
"I ordered 2 pizza and side Ceasar salad for online pick up through Mod pizza website and the online system says the food will be ready at 5. My girlfriend shows up at 5, and when she walks in the employee by the register says to "Hold on" very loudly and the employee begins slicing pizzas before my girlfriend could get a word out. Our order is sitting right in front behind the glass and you can see my name on the receipt. My girlfriend waits for 20 minutes before the employee yells my name and we finally get our food. By that time the pizzas are not even the slightest of warm and there is no dressing to the Cesar salad. Terrible experience, go to the other Mod pizza in redding"
