No one even bothered acknowledging he was there or had been waiting for hours! Don’t waste your time on this trash place. Recommend Razor kings or Urban Styles in Madison. They know how to treat customers."

"Had a walk in and was thereat 12 I texted one of the barbers and he stated he was on the way and if we was there first he would do my son. There was one other guy infront of me.. he just skipped over my son after waiting a hour and a half...we walked out at 1:38 Would not recommend of you don't have an appointment."

"Just giving you a heads up, if you want to get a haircut with them then you need to book appointments. (Even though it says walk-ins welcomed. Me and my Brother were waiting for about 2 hours to get a haircut,and every time a chair was free someone new came in and got the seat. They are not professional at all. Don’t greet costumers let alone let them know if they can cut your hair or that they are booked for appointments.Im waiting 2 hours when someone could of said we booked up with appointments…. Guess they just want you to get the picture and walk out like we did."
