"Stylist was nice enough, but the new customer experience kinda sucks. I arrived 10 minutes before opening, stood at the door so I could be first as I had other things I wanted to get done today. Once inside I was told they need a phone number and email address to get a haircut. In the 1 minute it takes to fill out that little form, they went ahead and seated the two gentlemen that were behind me. Kind of annoying that I had to wait an extra 20 minutes to get a haircut just because I hadn't been there before with all my info already saved. Won't be coming back."

"They treated my little lady well and gave her a cool zig zag in her side shave ... She loved it :-) she has a little dandruff issue that she's super sensitive about and the girl didn't say anything about it... And I think that's great when dealing with kids."
