"My mother that is almost 70 yrs old broke her foot and I told her about Annies "bad mistake" . She got a pair of shoes that she thought would be good for her foot . She could not wear them . D.R said no . She tried to take them back and was very upset about the way she was treated so she just left the shoes there and limped out. So I don't even give them 1 star . Very rude to do to a 70 yr old lady . They were $170.00 pair of shoes ."
"The woman working in the store is very nice and everything. But nobody informed us that they have a exchange or store credit within 7 days policy NO REFUNDS. It is printed on the top of the receipt that they put in the bag. Nice play!"
