Famous Footwear

"Lately, the quality of the product is not there. Two of the three pairs of shoes bought went into the trash, not two months after purchasing them. Famous footwear is officially the new Payless shoes, but cost more money. I think I'm done shopping with yous."

"I actually like Famous Footwear a lot, i find myself price checking and taking photos of what i'm looking for so i don't forget and it works perfectly fine. The staff are decent. And unlike other stores here You can actually try on the shoes and walk back and forth the way you're supposed to by making sure the shoe fits. However, to get here, i have to go through a building that i don't appreciate anymore for reasons i will not state in this context out of respect for this business. I do not mind Famous Footwear. Unfortunately because of how i have to get here? I might be on the fence for where to get shoes. I almost wish Famous Footwear was in a different location in town."

"They always have a great deal, especially if you order online and pick up in store. The two women (I think managers) who are usually working are just amazing. They're upbeat and give excellent customer service. And talk about efficient! I always buy my athletic shoes here and they have a good range of brands and styles for women."
