"I have been coming here for microblading since 2017. I no longer live in the Knoxville area but drive 12 hours from FL to come here. You will not find better than Adrianna for microblading and Sondra for threading. They are patient and perfectionists. They will always design a perfect brow!!!"

"They were very welcoming and amazing. I booked a Brazilian Wax service with Adriana and we started on time, she allowed me to get comfortable and told me after care tips. The place was very clean and cozy. I will be coming back!"

"I would honestly give one star but since the price is very fair I did give two. I made an appointment to come in and when I showed up they had told me that she was a little bit behind no big deal there. While waiting for her to get to me, I checked out the table with snacks and there was very old fruit covered in fruit flies. I then went to try some chocolate and to my surprise it was very old tasting. I ended up spitting it out. After her running 30 minutes past my appointment time, she finally pulls me back she was friendly. However, she must have been dipping into the bottom of the pot because the wax progressively got hotter so I told her that the wax was burning me! She told me that all the wax should be the same temperature and that she keeps it at one setting she did not stir the pot to evenly distribute the hot wax and effort to cool it down. She just kept going. When she got to my thighs she did not properly pull tension and kept yanking my skin. At this point I honestly just wanted to get up and leave but I didn't and hoped that it would get better as she got further along. Keep in mind this is not my first wax. I've been getting waxes for 8 years! After she completed the wax I inspected the work and noticed that there was hair still left but after her not pulling tension and burning me I was DONE!! It's now been a week after and I am still having to put ointment on where she burnt me. It ended up shaving the areas that she missed. Moral of the story you get what you pay for. I will continue to pay the other high dollar salons."

Adrianna had her work cut out out for her since she wasn't working on a "blank canvas." She has done a tremendous job at fixing someone else's mistakes. Great people and environment! "Let my eyebrows grow out so I could go get a nice threading done. It was after work and Arch Studio was open, got there 30 mins before closing and Sandra did my brows. She left my brow just like I wanted! every place I’ve gone takes all of it away and leaves you with thin ones. I also wanted my lips waxed so she did that and threaded it afterwards! ($25) She was so nice to me and we automatically clicked, it was a great experience. I felt absolutely comfortable there. Clean, bright, comfy atmosphere! I’ve always wanted a Brazilian wax but have always been way to insecure for something like that. I did ask her some questions about it and IF I get one done it will most likely be here!
