"Review not from a disgruntled employee: This team rocks! Having managed salons, this place does exactly what they’re supposed to! Every customer is greeted upon walking in, the staff is responsive, and they ensure that you leave happy. I’ve seen stylist doing consultations stop and tell a customer, “That is not my strong suit, but ____ over here is amazing at what you’re wanting. Let me see how much longer they’re with their client is that’s ok with you?” It takes a strong professional to know their weaknesses, admit to them, and lose out on money to make certain you leave satisfied. That’s how you know someone is growing professionally. I’ve also seen Shelly (manager) produce some crazy cool stylish cuts. She’s able to mange my crazy requests with ease, and she gives me exactly what I want. Above all else, I’ve seen her go above and beyond for her staff. Rarely do we hear about a manager who will do the dirty work along side her team. Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! Great service and product."

"Great for cuts. Exclusive behavior, and salon superiority make this a very hard place to grow in a career. You either fit in or they will push you out. Unfortunately there's only 3 that fit in. Everyone else gets trash talked and treated wrong. This would be a great work environment if the main 3 weren't so mean and cutthroat"
