"I am so, so unbelievably mad right now. When I ask for a 1 guard on the sides and back, and half inch off the top, that DOES NOT mean I want to be lined up like a hood rat. She didn't ask what I wanted, and obviously didn't care what I wanted. This is RIDICULOUS to say the least. I blow dry my hair up every morning, and now I'm going to have to buy product and learn to style me hair differently until this grows back out. I called in to complain about this mess and the girl who answered said, "you can come back in and we can cut it off." Absolutely zero help. I want a refund. In full. I want someone to contact me about this. This is unacceptable. I see hairdressers complaining about not making a living wage, but I have found a total of THREE who deserve a living wage in the 22 years I've been going to great clips. I wish I could sue you guys."

"say what you want about great clips but every shop is truly different. in knoxville there’s literally a great clips every 3 miles, but this location specifically is the absolute best. everyone there actually knows what they’re doing and cares about their work. they listen and actually use the notes in their system to keep track of all your personal hair needs and concerns. for me it’s really hard to let anyone else touch my hair, since the pandemic i’ve done everything myself. cut, color bleach and all, and every time i’ve come in when i mess up y’all make me feel comfortable enough to get it fixed professionally rather than make it worse or give up and let my hair win."
