Great Clips

"While I like the convenience, and what little hair I have requires such little time, i would think the cut around top of my ears would be done. 9/10 it isn't. Not sure its worth $18 a cut either."

"I’ve been going to Great Clips for a few years and they’ve always done well. Until now. I asked for a slightly shorter cut not above my shoulders & the woman gave me an extremely short cut, barely below my ears! And it’s completely uneven! The right side is longer than the left side. The haircut literally lasted not even 5 minutes when other times it would usually last for about 10-15 minutes. The woman didn’t put my hair up in clips or anything like other stylists have done. Just a straight cut & go. She acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. Luckily, I was able to go back in the following day & get it straightened out by another hairstylist who was extremely kind, very understanding & apologetic, although it wasn’t her fault. She didn’t charge me anything to fix it but I still gave her a good tip for her kindness & understanding. At least the other girl tried to help the best way she could & I greatly appreciate that. Although this visit wasn’t what I was wanting, it still turned out to be at least a little better in the end. I’m only giving 3 stars because the 2nd trip was a better experience."

"Took my 2 year old great grandson there today for his first haircut even though he wasn’t having it the lady was very nice and patient with him never got upset even though he wouldn’t let her cut his hair I appreciate her trying"

"I've never had an issue with Great Clips before, and I've used them very frequently. I was traveling through and stopped here on Jan 3rd. Worst haircut I've ever had. High & tight is a simple cut, I've gotten it for many years. One side is cut as it's supposed to be, and the other side is faded down. How was this missed? I noticed it when I returned back to the cabin last night. I don't know her name, but if I recall her speaking to a customer, she identified herself as the manager. Short, dark hair that was shoulder length. Said she had been cutting hair for 19 years? The good side of this is I can always throw a cap on until I can get somewhere to have it corrected. JAN 4TH edit, luckily, I stopped by the Great Clips in Candler NC and they corrected the issue."

"I really enjoy going here for my haircuts. All the ladies are kind and do a great job. My personal favorite is Lindsay. She always makes sure I’m happy with my haircut and doesn’t rush through it for the numbers like some places do. Thank Y’all!"
