"I wasn't even greeted upon arriving. I was not in a hurry so I looked through the polishes. Then sat and waited 20 minutes. 2 ladies walk in and they are immediately greeted, ok not a big deal I was on my phone when I came in but at this point I wasn't anymore. They look through the polishes and are asked if they had chosen their color and told to sit at the desk to be serviced. I'm sitting there in shock. I'd been there 30 minutes by then waiting and no one even asked what I wanted done or anything. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this place, but this is my last time going there. I love my nails and always spend good money on them and I tip well. They lost a good customer because I will not be returning."

"i have never had my nails done by someone so rude .. i came in politely asking for a specific design i had a picture of. Kevin, the one doing my nails got obviously upset, claiming it would take too long. i had the time but apparently he didn’t have the patience. he cut me several times and made it seem that it was my fault. i told him about 3 times that i did not want long nails but they were an inch higher than the tip of my finger. thankfully i have the specific nail-clippers you need to cut acrylics at home, so i had to cut them down myself. my friend came with me, he did her nails also. he was nicer to her but still had an attitude for whatever reason."

"This place is absolutely horrible! I payed $120 for a "Deluxe Pedicure" that was average, and a full set of stiletto acrilic gel nails that are now peeling. The thumbs also have air pockets in them that make the nail look uneven. I got these done yesterday. I am completely dissatisfied, and will not be returning."

"They were really busy, but as soon as I stepped foot in the salon, I was greeted and politely given instructions to wait. The wait wasn't long at all for my pedicure, but it took some time to get started on my pricey fill in. I lovedddd my nails, but not enough to spend 4 hours there. I paid the extra for a "quality" pedicure that was none other than average. As I waited (patiently, I might add), I watched several other ladies finish up their manicures and then pay. However, my nail tech insisted that I paid BEFORE he added paint to my nails."
