"I moved to the Hardin Valley are of Knoxville almost 2 years ago from Chattanooga. I have tried several places, disappointed at each one. I hated every set I got. I feel that I was seen as a young person to all of these shops that they could just get in and get out. I happened to see this shop on my drive home and stopped in to get a set fixed that I got at another shop. I fell inlove with my nails. He repaired the crookedness, the uneven nails and the polish laid so smooth. They allowed me as much time as I wanted to choose my color without rushing me. I came in for a fill-in a few weeks after and got the same amazing service. I now bring my daughter and my mother in law here with me. The staff is so sweet to my daughter and mother in law. The staff is extremely kind. They pay very close attention to the details of their work. I love it here and I will continue to drive across town for them. It’s 100% worth it."
"This is the worst nightmare ever! There's this woman that's very fair skin and has very short hair that works there,she was taking my acrylic out and omygod she pulled my acryl out the first time.. I didn't say anything, then she continued to do it. I said to stop and she didn't. After that she got 2 of my nails bleeding then on the last finger she split part of my nail and it was really bleeding. After that,thatwoman had the guts to take GLUE and put it on my nail where she ripped! On top of that she told me I've to pay ! Like wth and you got me bleeding Proof down here..."

"Good service, but definitely a rushed job. They had to redo my pinky nail because it was crooked. I had to come home and re-file them myself. Super sweet staff though."
