"I have been going to sequoia nails for close to 4 years now, never had a complaint! Always loved my nails even when I couldn’t decide what I wanted the nail tech would always blow it out of the water! But this time I went in and had exactly what I wanted in mind. Upon sitting down at the station the young lady told me no she will do them this shape and color I told her that I wanted the style I mentioned. She proceeded to do the style she said would look better. I asked her to at least go shorter on my nails and left with them longer than I wanted. It has been 24 hours and I’m already ready to just waste my $125 and take them off!! I came in paying money willingly for what I wanted and left with something I didn’t want… think I will be taking a break from this salon for a while."

"So I had a manicure and pedicure Nov 30th! In the evening. I loved it. By the next morning the gel polish came off my little toe. They fixed it but the next morning the polish was off my little toe again. So I gave up and had my daughter fix it. I went back to get nails filled in and it was AWFUL! Tom was rough with me . Hurt me was messy. Glued my finger to the table . Had polish all over my fingers and he fixed 1 nail and now it looks different than the rest! I will not go back!I felt like Nina knew I was un happy because she said you dislike you come back we fix! Pretty much rushed me out. If you can't do it right don't say you can do it. Ask me to come back instead of rushing me through. I drive 30 minutes each way to go there. I won't be back!"

"I have come to this salon a few times when I didn’t have time to go to Knoxville. It’s been “fine”. This last time however will be the last time. I had a new nail tech do powder dip on my nails. She was really aggressive with the drill and my nails were burning. I mentioned this and she kept going. While shaping my nails with the file, I kept telling her she was filing my skin but she insisted it was my nail. Once several fingers began bleeding, she says “oh you’re right”. She held pressure to get the bleeding to slow and then PAINTED MY SKIN WITH CLEAR COAT TO STOP THE BLEEDING. I just wanted to be done with the place. When I went to checkout my finger was dripping blood on the counter and the manager (I assume) did apologize. I was charged the full amount but was given a $30 gift certificate for the inconvenience. So if anyone wants the gift certificate, it’s yours, I won’t be back."
