"I went in last month because I just needed my bangs straightened out. I had fell into the TikTok trend of cutting my own curtain bangs. My hair was all one length past my shoulders about to my bra strap EXCEPT FOR MY BANGS! I signed in and was taken back within a minute without an appointment . Should’ve known better then but again, just wanted my bangs straightened out. I asked the girl to do this and just please blend it in with the length of my hair by shaping/tapering down around my face so it would blend with the length in the back. She took it upon herself to layer my hair leaving it EXTREMELY chopped up all over wrecking the length I’d been TRYING to grow out for months! She done this after commenting on how thick it “WAS!” She even went on to say how beautiful it would look AFTER I got home and curled it ( I don’t use heat tools on my hair but she didn’t bother to ask that!) She said they didn’t style hair there “very much”! I didn’t realize just how bad it was until I got home and really run my fingers through it and looked at it. I HAVE to use a curling iron on it to help cover up the mess she made or where it in a bun, which is what I have chosen to do until it grows back out! I paid $30 plus a $7 tip to have my hair completely whacked up and chopped off because I chose the cheap way out thinking it would be a very simple thing to fix and an easy request to fill! I should’ve REFUSED TO PAY but, I didn’t want to embarrass her or worse; get her fired, but maybe I should have to save her from destroying other customers hair! It’s only hair right, THANK GOD IT WILL GROW BACK BUT I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO A “D” or “F” STUDENT FOR A TRIM AGAIN AT THIS PLACE OR ANY CHEAP SALON! Ya get what ya pay for when it comes to hair products AND STYLISTS! AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOUR A GUY GETTING A BUZZ CUT OR A FEMALE WANTING THE SAME!"
