"I went here requesting permanent beach waves large ones. Was informed those big curls are by curling iron and can't be done permanently via perm, which is probably true. Then I asked for copper hair and showed a picture. Was told okay and got auburn at best. So now I look like a burgandy clown and this was before christmas portraits for the family. To insult me further, hair dresser assured me it would lighten after washing. I explained it was too brown and was told it would look fire engine red. Place did average on the hair cut. Bangs were not inverted V shape like i wanted, even after showing a picture. So expensive and so disappointing. I rarely get to have my hair done. I guess you gotta spend $500 to get an honest salon. I'll just dye it myself once this garbage washes out and thank god it does. Oh and wasn't even asked about that, just decided to do demi-permanent. Which I'm glad it is since it's botched but still should have been informed BEFORE applying. Google will not allow me to add photos or screenshots from the Internet so I can't show you the exact picture I showed the hairdresser. Just type in light copper in a search. Any of those shade would have been acceptable because that's what I asked for. Picture: my results"

"Madison was so great and provided just what I wanted. As someone who doesn’t need all the frills in a salon, I got my hair washed and cut at an affordable and appropriate price I was comfortable paying. Salon 327 certainly has plenty of extra frills and services to offer, but I didn’t feel like I paid for unused services simply because they are offered for other patrons. I will definitely be back for my next cut at Salon 327!"
