"Teresa is the most amazing stylist! Talk about someone who knows how to cut, color and correct! Would not go anywhere else other than BANGZ. I also have watched the other stylist here and they are Top Notch, too! With having stylist training would only recommend these ladies! These ladies will not let you down on expectation vs reality, so many times I have overheard clients expecting a color or cut that is not achievable in one setting or even for their hair type, and when pushed to do it by said client the stylist gets a bad wrap for clients expectation vs the reality they were told could not be achieved. These ladies are top notch and will not do you wrong!"

"Literally the worst experience of my life. My stylist was Nikki and I showed her a photo of what I wanted done. She guaranteed me she could absolutely do what I asked for which was a blonde balayage and root touch up. When I was done the first thing she says as she shows me my hair is that she knows it’s not as blonde as I wanted it to be. My hair was shades of TN orange, brown, AND PURPLE STREAKS! I also still had grey showing in my roots where the color didn’t even penetrate. I was charged $200 for a service I didn’t receive and with a head of damaged hair. I had to go to another salon and pay for a color correction for them to strip the toner out of what she did. DON’T DO HAIR IF YOU DON’T KNOW YOUR COLOR WHEEL! Also, learn how to tone! I can’t believe the audacity of charging a customer or allowing them to walk out with PURPLE HAIR."

"Took my almost teenage son in as a walk-in to get his hair trimmed. Katie did an excellent job. She listened to what he wanted (trimmed up, not super short) and delivered. She was very nice and engaging and even managed to get my son to utter a few words. I would definitely come back to her. Salon was clean and staff was friendly!"
