"Horrible experience. I had 3 appts with the stylist Liyah. The first appt she did not finish my hair. The 2nd appt she did not show up and would not answer my calls or texts. I followed up later to ask her to just take the style down. She apologized made a 3rd appt with me and did not show up and again would not answer. No apology or anything. I’m out $130 in hair. About 9 hours of my time and wasted gas going back and forth to the salon. Very frustrating and disappointing."
