A deposit is required to secure your appointment time, which will go towards your total. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please notify the salon at least 3 days in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Clients are only allowed to reschedule once.

It is important to arrive on time for your appointment. New clients should arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. If you are running late, please call or text. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, your deposit forfeited, and you may be charged 50% of the service price.

The salon has a strict no call, no show policy. If you miss your appointment without notifying the salon, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be charged 50% of the service price.
