"Nails are coming off after 4 days. I’ve tried them twice and it’s always overpriced for work that isn’t the best and falls off within 2-3 days (keeping in mind this is a $130 acrylic set) will not be going back. Update: went in over there (per their request) and they told me essentially all that could be done was they could redo the entire set again. After expressing they would just come off again (as they have twice already) and that I’m sure the nails will end up horrible again the second time they said it was my only option. I will just sit for hours for im sure the same exact outcome to happen in three days. Customer service is horrible. Professionalism is horrible. And For the price of these nails; the quality is horrible. Final update: I work next to this location and after posting this review the owner (a grown man) thought it was okay to come into my place of work and harass me over leaving a review. Really seals in my point of how unprofessional this company is. It is insane that they think it is okay to follow someone into their place of work and attack them over a review. I will NEVER be back."

"My nails were lighter than my tonails due to gel on fingernails and not on toenails. They agreed to put another coat on my nails for a better match and wouldn't accept another tip when I offered. Very nice . My nails looked beautiful."

"I went in to get my nails done because I did not feel like doing them myself. One of my nails already popped off, it hasn’t been two weeks yet. The prep of the nail itself was horrible by the staff. I originally wanted to do gel nails and the worker insisted that I do dip. I have came here in the past before COVID and the work was amazing. Not sure what happen this time."
