"1st time coming back in a few years and it was terrible everyone was friendly but the quality of service was terrible .. I paid $105 for gell nails on my 9yr old and removal of old set and a new set for me. The guy kept pushing my hand on the dryer hitting the tips cut my skin on my thumb and index fingers.My polish is so thick and chunky im so disappointed."

"The first person did my nails was very unprofessional and he was very aggressive and made so many cuts and he got upset because I told him that the shape is uneven he gave me an attitude and called someone else to do my nails and start talking in his language and yelling and pointing at me. The other person came and removed the ones he did and put a new set and my fingers start burning from the products THEY PUT GLUE ON CUTS!!! My hands now looks horrible because they put glue on all the cuts. Look at the pictures of what I asked for and what I got."

"I was at BB Nails Friday 6/24 and there is someone new, I'm sorry but my nails look awful. I didn't get what I asked for. 2 of Mt nails are crooked and the French tips look awful. Not the French tip I wanted. I cried after I left. And no other employee came to check his work. If I decide to go back I will not let the new guy touch my nails. And he charged me 65.00 for this."

"Had to wait for over 45 minutes (which I was fine with because I didn’t have an appointment). I just wish when I finally did get my service, that it wasn’t rushed. It’s uneven, got paint everywhere, and overall looks terrible. Not happy, don’t think I’ll come again. This is acrylic with gel for $40. Not worth it. EDIT: I called the place, and Jennifer redid my nails. She reshaped and repainted it. Still wish it was good the first time. I was hoping for a completely new set but this will do."
