"I wish I didn't have to leave this bad review but feel I must. I had many great experiences before, but recently had such a bad experience I will NEVER return. My friend, my 6 year old daughter, and I had appointments for pedicures one evening. The lady there overflowed my daughter's water onto my purse and continued leaking towards the electrical outlets behind my chair. I had to yell for her to turn the water off. She then overflowed my water and my friends at different times. On top of that, she painted my TOES. Not just my nails, my toes. And, it was bumpy as heck. It was a TERRIBLE job. I asked her to redo it and she said, and I quote, "it's because your nails suck." I've never received such horrible and DANGEROUS service in my life. The cleanliness of tools is also in question for me now as well. I would not trust this place and will never return. I urge anyone reading this to find a different place to go."

"Until my most recent visit--this morning--I would have given City Nails a positive review. Now, I know that in some cases, one negative experience should not cancel out the several positive experiences, but I don't take kindly to rudeness, and that's the reason for the following bad review. When I arrived at 9:30, both nail techs were busy with other customers. One of them glanced at me and said a quick hello, but neither one asked what I needed or took the time to explain how long I might have to wait. I sat down and flipped through a magazine, figuring someone would soon ask. When the business phone rang, they answered. When their own phones rang, they answered. One of them even stopped what she was doing several times so that she could gossip with her current customer about another nail tech. Yet after 20 minutes, nobody had asked what I needed or bothered to give me an idea of how much longer it might be. So, I walked out and will never go back. To be fair, I think they do good, quality work--and they do not overcharge. While there are many things I can overlook, I just can't overlook the way they treated me this morning."

"Came here to get acrylic tips, French for the advertised price of $30. When I walked in they said nobody could do acrylic so was dip ok? Yes, as long as they are extensions. However what I got was acrylic tips in bright pink then painted over for white tip which came off and chipped day 1. Now I have green nails and it cost me double at $60."

"Was up from Texas & neded some rest & relaxation. Went to visit Sandy & MIT who were so kind & genuine. They really do make everyone feel so welcomed & do take great care of you. I'll definitely make sure to visit each time I am up to visit."
