"So I called the center hoping to talk to Sway (she’s the lovely manager that helped me before ) instead I got the district manager on phone because Sway wasn’t in. The manager Karen was highly rude on the phone when I asked her to email me or print me off the contract. She said she wasn’t going to do that because I had to go to my bank first when all actually I wasn’t trying to get a refund. She was terrible and rude over the phone and threatened to have my arrested , I pay my hard earned money just like the rest of the “clients” there . Needless to say, I won’t be spending another red cent at this company. He lied to the officers saying she felt threatened even though she walked around from the counter to try to push me out the door and I have all this on video on how she walked up on me ."
