"This placed doesn't even deserve a 1 star! My daughter and I are new to the area and decided to go get our nails done and I got a pedi, while I was getting a pedi I noticed they were using dirty and used supplies to work on my feet...It was so disgusting but I am not one to confront anyone so I let her finish and decided to never go there again. As she was finish working on my feet and she was ready to polish my toes she had me get up from my spot and walk me to a desk so she can paint my toes under the desk.... So unprofessional. Then I go check on my daughter's nails and they are completely wrong the design is nothing like we asked for and she told us she " didn't care" and we still had to pay. I asked for the manager Mike who was sitting two seats away ignoring my complaint and she said I can call him myself. At that point I paid and walked out."

"Absolute worst experience I've ever had. The can't do anything right especially nails dip/power or acrylic manicure. Especially the 2 younger guys and the girl is rude and when you ask her to fix a flaw she made she looks up at you and gives you mean eyes very rude! And don't even get my started on the pedicures they are worthless and she had my mom's toe bleeding! Don't waste your money here if you want a really good manicure and pedicure go to Polished nails in Gallatin TN they are amazing and they can actually speak and understand English unlike anyone at America nails. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I wouldn't even take my dog here to get her toenails clipped!"
