"I have gone there the past 5 times to get my nails done and only 2 out of the 5 times I have left happy. Today I went and the lady doing my nails was very nice but did not do a good job. My nails looked like teeth and were very thick and that seems to be a reacquiring issue. I ended up having to go to me local Walmart to get stuff to take them off because of how upset I left. Just please be aware."
"I took my daughter to have a girl's day and her first pedicure experience. Seeing as though they have kid seats set up, I thought it would be a fun day for her. The nail tech was so mean and rude to my child bc she would sit forward to watch the pedicure. I can handle being rude to me directly but not pointed to my child."
"Since changing from D&D Nails to D Nails, the service of this nail salon has went WAY down. They've been using too wide of a tip for small nail beds, which makes your nails look like man fingers. In addition, their Sunday hours say that they're open until 5:30pm. Well, that's a lie. I walked up to the door at 5pm for an eyebrow arch and the lady locked the door in my face and waved her hand to signal that they were closed. I looked at my watch to be sure of the time, and sure enough, it was 5pm & not 5:30."
"This place is horrible. It was our first time there and the place smells like it needs to be aired out and not a nail polish smell. My girlfriend just got a gel manicure done yesterday and it already looks terrible. Their language is a barrier also with communication and understanding. As you can see she didn't even push her cuticles back and the acrylic is already cracking on the sides."
"lousy experience. I feel like I wasted my money. They did a very disgusting job for me. They didn't remove the paint from my previous job, so you can see the old color around and under the nails. The new color shows the thickness, the layers and holes. And only two days after having made them in that place they begin to peel. Horrible and also expensive. Bad service. It seems as if they are giving you the job despite how expensive it is and they do everything in a hurry and fast."
