Reviews of Harmony Nail Spa
"First time here and first time ever getting a pedicure, Linda really made me feel like a king! My feet feels like they were reborn, well definitely visit again, please give them a try."
"Once I found Elsa at Harmony, my dip nails now last 3-4 weeks and look good. She also does a great pedicure. Easy to get in. Prices are good and discounted most days"
"I went there tonight! Tina did my nails and it was awful. She can do feet but do not let her touch your nails. She is rude and gets really aggressive! She got mad because I didn’t like the shape so she cut them off and told me to come back tomorrow to see someone else. The owner lady rushed over to apologize and said that ‘everybody does the shapes different’ and that somebody else can do the coffin shape better. I just told them not to worry and I left. I’ll just stick to NailsPro in Mt. Juliet."
"yesterday afternoon I went to have a set with black nails with two simple designs done and I was beyond disappointed. I paid $70 (not including tip) for these, I understand the cost is determined by what is used and how long, but I feel like there should’ve been some Liberty to redo the two nails with the designs. Also the polish on my thumb started to peel off and the nail on my pointer finger also popped off by the end of the night. However, I went to a different salon this morning to have them fixed, I really thought I may had been overreacting but they did the correct design and repainted every nail and redid the design for $20. I’m gonna post the pictures from last night, the photo i showed, the nails I received this morning that proved to me that it wasn’t that hard. I’m just really disappointed and irritated that I spent that much money for me to leave with my nails like this, i understand I could’ve said I didn’t like them but I’m not confrontational and I didn’t want to be charged anymore than I was."
"Went in on 8/12 with my mother in law to pamper her for her birthday. We both got the vip pedicure, dip on her natural nails, and I got a full acrylic set with gel polish. The pedicures were great no complaints there. While I got my full set done the nail tech continually cut my cuticles with the nail drill. I told her many times she was hurting me and even requested that she stop using the nail drill on my cuticles (which she ignored). After we finished she put and excessive amount of cuticle oil on my hands which I noticed was weird but didn’t say anything. I paid and even tipped because my nails themselves were not bad. Later that day when I washed my hands they immediately started to burn. That’s when I notice led my cuticles were cut, bleeding, and swollen. I called the next day to let them owner know my issue she asked I come in so they could look. When I went in the same nail tech tried to tell me she was going to fix my nails I advised i did not want her touching my nails or doing anything further to cause pain she Ignored me and started hacking away at my nails then proceeded to place my hand in acetone. She placed my open wounds in pure chemicals ! After telling her it burned and that I did not want to put my hands back in the chemicals she got mad and started hacking at my nails again. I told them from the beginning that I just wanted a refund for my nails only they could keep the money for everything else. So now I’m in even more pain, I have jagged rough nails left on, and can not go to work because of the pain in my fingers. I would not recommend anyone to the nail tech that did this to me. The owner tried to fix the issue which I appreciate but the nail tech is the cause of this bad review. I will be making a complaint to the Tn Board of cosmetology as well."
