"Pros: My pedicure was superb! She removed all the dead skin and calluses. My feet were soft to the touch. Manicure was great as well. My cuticles are neat and clean. The tech was also very nice, although I didn’t catch her name. Cons: I received a gel mani and regular polish on my toes. One color. Very simple. It was not very well lit so I couldn’t see the defects until after I got outside into the light. Lots of bubbles and one nail was not fully painted. I was halfway home when I really looked, so I called the salon to ask for a partial refund since I didn’t have time to soak the polish off and get them redone. The lady that answered was not very receptive to my criticism and kept telling me to come back so they could fix it, and I repeated that I didn’t have the time. I said that since she wouldn’t agree to a partial refund, then I would dispute the charge with my CC company. This is when she became more hostile. I agreed to come back. Upon my arrival, a gentleman met me outside and looked at my nails. He offered me $15 back which I felt was reasonable. I wasn’t trying to get a full refund, just some rectification for the bad paint job. As he was giving me the money, the same lady from the phone walked up to the register and asked to see my nails. I was pointing out the defects when she says “I do nails, I don’t need you to show me”. Very rude and unprofessional. So although they did a great job on my mani/pedi, I won’t be patronizing this salon again unfortunately."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Worst salon experience I have ever had. The male owner is extremely rude to his clients and they charge a 10 fee extra if you’re grouchy or irritable, when they are rude and unprofessional! Went in to get nails done for New Years and they owner kept talking down to me, rushed me, and when he was finished I honestly didn’t like them so he proceeds to speak in another language while I sit another 15 mins to fix his mistake, then while his wife starts fixing my nails he goes you can’t wait till the end to tell us you don’t like it, WHEN? When I was given the chance? Kept talking about me and then I said I’m leaving and he tried charging me 45 for unfinished work I said no because last time they only charged 50 dollars for an entire set and this was just a fill. When I refused to pay that price he threaten to call the cops on me three times in front of their clients. Left went to another salon down the street and they were shocked about what I told them plus the customer I was sitting next to there, knew about this owner and how rude he can be. In addition to the fact the nail tech I went to said that he put my acrylic on top of my cuticle. You are gaining a reputation for worst nail salon in this area, maybe go take a class on professionalism and customer service!"

"First off I asked for pink nails however the owner decided to give me brown.... fine.... 30 minutes after I leave one of my nails is moving around I call leave a message & have yet to get a response (its been 6 days.) my nails are lumpy from way too much polish in some places & way too much acrylic in others a total waste of $$$$ I was better off buying press on nails from the dollar store..... pics are what I got vs what I asked for"

"I simply will not go to any other nail shop since I started going here. I walked in several months ago with a picture of a design I wanted and every other nail salon in the area turned me down. Since then, I have been going here and all I have to do is pick a color and either Lisa or her husband freestyle a design. Haven’t been disappointed yet!!"
