"I left Ulta with some more makeup to add to my collection at home, and I will be using some Tarte foundation, blush and highlighter! I am super excited! The Tarte representative at this location, Brittany, was so helpful, intelligent, knowledgeable, patient and personable. She gave me some tips and I walked out with more products than I thought I would, but I am super happy! I will be back to this location again! The customer service was definitely 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Just left this Ulta in 100 Oaks. I will not be coming back because as soon as my daughter and I walked in we were racially profiled. A racially ambiguous woman followed us around the store. I have shopped at this particular store before for years with this type of behavior never happening before. The store was full of other people but you chose to follow the only Black people in the store .There is nothing in this store worth stealing. This location lost a customer due to incident of racial profiling."

"Horrible salon service. I have scheduled several times with the salon here. Every SINGLE time they call me to reschedule my appointment and always on a short notice. Their customer service is very inconvenient and inconsiderate. If you have curly hair, don’t book here. They will ruin your hair and will try to avoid booking you because “you take longer”. They also don’t know how to work around curly hair."

"Great staff , variety of cosmetics, perfumes and make up and a reasonably priced store as well. They also have a online pick up option in the store which looked helpful incase you want to take advantage of it. My wife was happy ! Will come again"
