"If they are busy, they tend to rush on your nails and pedicure. I wanted my nails a certain way and one of the women told me that they were too busy to do my nails that way. I politely got up and left. That was my 2nd time being treated that way. The first time my pedicure was rushed when they were busy. They didn’t properly clean my feet . Pampering should not be rushed."

"Lily or Lee Lee as we call her is fantastic. Her colorful, careful nail designs are unique and she is always very precise in her work on feet or ha nds to ensure that you are satisfied. I've got my nails done for 2 years and Lee Lee is the best!"

"I had a horrible experience getting a pedicure. This older gentleman did my pedicure and he was so rough and not patient. This was not a relaxing experience which I was looking forward to due to a long week. He didn’t finish my nails and another lady did because he refused to polish with the polish I chose because he said it’s too light.. I hate to give this place a 1 star but I wanted to warn people of the older guy’s attitude and poor customer service."

"I am new to Tennessee and have been looking for a nail salon. Based on the reviews, I booked LeeLee and she did an amazing job on my full set and pedicure! First off, my appointment was easy to book and the actual appointment time was honored unlike many other places. Secondly, the pedicure was great and included a worthwhile massage. I got acrylic toes as well and they came out flawlessly. I showed LeeLee a picture of the type of French set I wanted and she made it happen effortlessly. Also the conversation was nice, and the overall vibe of the salon was cool. Not to mention, the pricing was more than fair for all that I had serviced. Definitely coming back!"
