"Prices going up and quality is going down! 90 dollars for a rushed bulky full set. They don’t fix them or give refunds at all. I literally left and had them soaked off because they were horrible! This nail shop used to be good but they are terrible now!"
"I have been going to this nail salon for several years, but lately they have not been up to par. Sunday 11/5/23 4 young ladies and I were in the shop over an hour to get a pedicure and me a fill in. One of the employees told us you choose nails or pedicure we do only one. After waiting over an hour?!!!! How unprofessional and irresponsible!!! The level of professionalism that was displayed was indescribable. The service on Sundays is HORRIBLE!!! And by the way ladies be mindful of what you say we can translate what you’re saying. I’m so disappointed in the whole situation. Top nails has always been my favorite but I deserve better. Attitude are horrible just remember it’s your customers that keep food on your table!!!"
"im not the type to leave reviews but this place is terrible. called & asked how long the wait was for eyebrows i was told 10 minutes. i waited an hour & ended up leaving . The lady doing eyebrows is so unprofessional."
