"Since I was getting a double process perm and color, an alkaline based color should have been used but wasn't, and as a result, I got a chemical burn, and no one got in touch with me to fix it. The chemical burn was induced by the twofold acid treatment performed on the perm and color, as a result I had to get a steroid shot from an urgent care center in addition to purchasing additional products to treat my scalp & skin from burns. I have heard from the stylist however, I haven't heard back from the owner as of yet."

I know I'm in good hands. The new location is simply immaculate. From the area, to the shampoo bowls and even the styling chairs. Everything about the studio is amazing!
